Jebel Toubkal

Standing on the roof of Morocco

Jebel Toubkal (Mount Toubkal)

Mount Toubkal. At 4167m altitude, its the highest mountain in North Africa. It’s the main attraction which draws 90% of trekkers and climbers to the Atlas Mountains. Jebel Toubkal’s iconic status is not undeserved. Its Northern face dominates the views from Marrakesh, Asni and Imlil.

Many people make the 27km journey up to the summit each year, and in high season the paths can often be crowded.

We have the experience and local knowledge to guide you safely up Toubkal. With internationally recognised qualifications, we guarantee your safety at all times whilst helping you to acclimatise to the altitude. We also give you lots of extra tips, coaching and information along the way. This is why our trips are different to the majority of providers. Even when its busy, we can take you alternate ways up the mountain so as to avoid the crowds.

We provide for both summer and winter conditions, and give you all the training and necessary to make your summit day a success, even if it’s your first winter walk with crampons. We can cater for small groups, school groups, family groups, or large scale charity treks. Alternatively, should you require something more personalised then please get in touch and we will be pleased to tailor a trip specially for your requirements.

We do not run our treks on a tight budget, but prefer to go the extra mile in terms of quality and comfort for you the client, so that your stay can be comfortable and hassle free. We pay our staff more than the average wage, and we make sure they treat their mules in a humanitarian way. We are Brits who live in the Atlas Mountains ourselves, we can communicate in the Berber (tashelhayt) language, and we want to share our love of Morocco with you.

Don’t miss out – if you desire to climb Jebel Toubkal this year, then book with us to avoid the hassle and stress of organising such an undertaking yourself in a foreign land.
