Climb Toubkal in four days
This is the classic way to climb Jebel Toubkal with a very high rate of success. Allowing four days to reach the highest point in North Africa gives you ample time to acclimatise to the altitude, and the flexibility to adjust the itinerary if the weather happens to be less than sunny on summit day.
Jebel Toubkal. 4167m. The highest mountain in all of North Africa
Itinerary
Day 1
Walk from Imlil up into the Toubkal massif, passing the shrine of Sidi Chamharouch before arriving at the refuge, 3200m.

Day 3
We will make the ascent of Jebel Toubkal, with the possibility of returning to the refuge via an alternative, less walked route.
Day 4
We make the way down to Imlil in time for a late lunch and a taxi back to Marrakech.
