Day Walks in the foothills of the Atlas Mountains
An hour’s taxi ride from Marrakesh, the foothills of the Atlas Mountains are just waiting to be explored. Away from the beaten tourist trail lies a world of mountains, rivers and forests far different to anything you have explored before. Here the eagles and the pines rule supreme, cascading torrents split the valleys, and in spring a world of alpine flowers awaits your discovery.
Our Day-Treks offer you the chance to discover this world, and to visit remote Berber villages, all with the comfort of returning to your hotel at the end of the day.
None of these treks are strenuous, and we can cater them to your individual requirements. No matter what you chose, every day will be unique and bring something special to your time in Morocco.
Booking Process:
Once you submit a booking we will send you an invoice. A 30% deposit will be required to confirm your booking, with the balance due no later than 30 days before your trek.
If you want to make a last minute booking (less than 1 month before your start date) or are already in Morocco, then you can pay in cash (Moroccan Dirhams) the morning that your trek begins. Note that failure to pay in full at this time will mean that your trip unfortunately will not run.
