Furthermore, as a current or recent client, you permit us to reach out to you during this 10-year period for administrative purposes regarding your holiday logistics, and to provide you with information and details about future courses that may interest you.

Please be aware that by booking a trip, you agree to our retention of your booking form and related data for a minimum of 10 years. Package Tour operator compliance
As a tour operator, we comply with the Package Travel Regulations through RepayD (TrustMyTravel). It is necessary for us to disclose certain information to them at the time of booking. You will fill in the details yourself through their payment portal when you are paying a deposit or full payment. Only the essential minimum data is shared with them, in order to protect you in the rare event of our insolvency. This practice is mandated by UK and EU law.

By submitting any photos or videos to us, or sharing reviews regarding your trip with us, you grant us complete rights to utilize these on our website. Unless you have explicitly requested otherwise, we will never reveal or use your full name. After your trip we will send a link for a tripadvisor review, if you chose to do it (we hope you will!), it will appear in a widget on our website too.

Website Analytics
We maintain the authority to gather the IP addresses of individuals visiting our website exclusively for the purpose of monitoring daily web statistics, including page views and unique visitors.
